This Privacy Policy explains how PT Handeliv Cipta Niaga ("we", "handeliv", or "our") collects, uses, and protects personal data when you visit handeliv.io or contact us.

This policy covers our corporate website only. Our products (such as KerjaAI at kerjaai.id) have their own privacy policies.

We comply with Indonesia's UU PDP (Personal Data Protection Law No. 27 of 2022).

For email capture forms (Academy launch, Bridge, AbundantLiv):

We process personal data under the following legal bases:

Data is deleted or anonymized after the retention period.

We do NOT sell your data. We share it only with:

1. Service providers: hosting and email delivery partners. All are bound by data processing agreements.
2. Legal authorities: when required by Indonesian law, court order, or valid government request.
3. Business transfer: if handeliv is acquired or merges, data may transfer (with prior notification).

7. International Data Transfers

Certain service providers process data outside Indonesia. These providers maintain data protection standards equivalent to or higher than Indonesian UU PDP through contractual Data Processing Agreements.

Under UU PDP Pasal 56, we rely on (a) adequate protection in the recipient country through contractual safeguards, and (b) your explicit consent when you interact with our website.

You have the right to:

2. Correct inaccurate data
3. Delete your data (right to erasure)
4. Withdraw consent at any time

7. Lodge a complaintwith Kemkomdigi if you believe we've violated your rights

handeliv.io uses minimal cookies:

We implement reasonable security measures:

No system is perfectly secure. If a data breach occurs, we will notify affected users and Kemkomdigi within 3 × 24 hours, as required by UU PDP.

handeliv.io is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Policy Updates

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated:

• Updated "Effective Date" at the top
• Email notification to subscribed users for significant changes

Continued use of handeliv.io after updates constitutes acceptance.
